Integrations & Custom Development

When native integrations run out, I write the code. Node.js custom actions, serverless middleware, webhook pipelines and scheduled syncs that keep HubSpot in step with the rest of your stack — with error handling and logging you can actually read.

What I actually build

Two-way Salesforce syncs with field-level rules. Billing and subscription data from Stripe or your ERP landing on the right HubSpot objects. Product usage events feeding scores and sequences. Serverless middleware (Node.js / TypeScript) with logging, retries and alerting you can actually read.

Everything is version-controlled and handed over with a README, not locked inside a vendor tool.

When this is the right track

The native connector doesn’t cover a field or object you rely on. A no-code sync is silently dropping records. You need HubSpot to react to something happening in your product or your warehouse in near real time.

How it runs

Spec the contract between systems first — which side owns which field, what happens on conflict. Build against a sandbox portal. Backfill historical data. Then monitor for two weeks before calling it done.

I’ll look at your portal, ask the hard questions, and tell you honestly whether this track is the right one.
