What I actually do
A full technical audit of your HubSpot portal and the systems around it: data quality, automation sprawl, integration health, permissions and reporting integrity. You get a prioritized findings document with effort estimates — not a sales deck.
From there I can stay on as your architect of record: a fixed number of hours per month for roadmap, code review, vendor evaluation and guiding your internal admins.
When this is the right track
You have admins but no one senior making architectural calls. You’re evaluating agencies or tools and want an independent technical opinion. Leadership wants to know what the portal is actually worth before investing more.
How it runs
Audit: two to three weeks, read-only access, one findings review. Fractional: a monthly retainer with a standing review, a shared backlog and a direct line for “should we do this?” questions.
