HubSpot Architecture & Implementation

Most HubSpot portals were never designed — they accumulated. I rebuild the foundation so every team works from the same data model, and every downstream automation has something solid to stand on.

What I actually build

A HubSpot portal is a database with a UI on top. I start with the data model: which objects exist, how they associate, which properties are truth and which are derived. Then pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions and teams are designed so that every downstream workflow has a clean, predictable input.

The output is an architecture document your team can read, a portal that matches it, and a changelog of everything that moved.

When this is the right track

You’ve inherited a portal that grew by accident. Reports don’t agree with each other. Sales and marketing define “lead” differently. You’re migrating from Salesforce, Pipedrive or spreadsheets and want to do it once, properly.

How it runs

Weeks 1–2: discovery, data audit and target model. Weeks 3–6: build, migrate and test in a sandbox. Final week: cutover, documentation and admin training. Nothing goes live without a rollback plan.

I’ll look at your portal, ask the hard questions, and tell you honestly whether this track is the right one.
